Jay commenced his career in the Real Estate Industry in 2004 by completing his Licence at The Real Estate Institute in Sydney.  Once completed Jay then became the licencee of JTS Realty Muswellbrook, holding both his Real Estate Licence & Stock & Station Licence.  Jay has very quickly become one the top Real Estate sales people in the Upper Hunter area.

Jay happily services the Residential & Rural area\'s in and around Merriwa, Denman, Sandy Hollow, Muswellbrook & Aberdeen.  Jay has been so warmly welcomed into this field due to his honest & reliable attitude to his role.

Jay resides in Denman with his wife Lyn and two boys Jaeger & Mackenzie.  Outside of work Jay has many varied interests including being the President of the Denman Rugly League Football Club, Waterskiing and Motorbike riding.

Tiffany started in the Real Estate Industry in 2003 working from home for her Mother, Jenny\'s business in Narrabri.  Tiffany then handled all internet enquiries, dealt with Solicitors and handled the accounts.

Tiffany has worked in the Muswellbrook office since it\'s opening in 2004 and gained her full Real Estate Licence in 2007.

Tiffany lives in Muswellbrook with her husband Jonathon and three children, Fin, Paddy & Maggie.

Jenny Shepherdson has been in the real estate industry since 1989 commencing with Dalgety where she obtained a solid grounding in rural and residential sales.

She obtained her full real estate & stock & Station agents licence in 1996 and opened her own agency in Narrabri in 2000.

Due to the growth of the Muswellbrook agency since its opening in 2004 Jenny has moved permanently to Muswellbrook and now works part time in sales with her main focus on administration.

Sofia works full time and had joined the JTS team in November 2010. She has since gained her Certificate of Registration. Sofia is a local girl that had grown up in Martindale, so she is well informed about the area. Sofia finished her Higher School Certificate at Muswellbrook High School in 2010, upon completion she joined the JTS Realty Team. 

Jill Sandell-Hay handles the accountancy side of the business working two days a week.

Jill is undertaking her accountancy degree and is kept busy with this involvement as well as a busy family life and mother to two.
